ILSCA Panel of Arbitrators
ILSCA is one of the few well knowninstitutions on arbitration in India with an outstanding panel of arbitrators comprising retired High Court judges and lawyers from all over India. ILSCA has become increasingly popular and the preferred venue for conducting arbitration proceedings.
Arbitrators who are on ILSCA Panel have domainknowledge of arbitration and expertise in various sectors. They sit as private judges, selected by the parties to the dispute. ILSCA Arbitrators can be selected for ad-hoc arbitrations as well.
